We designed a day to help you find inner space to relax and reconnect with yourself. Your experience will be inspiring, mindful, nourishing, and full of supportive energy. Registration includes a day of yoga, meditation, light brunch, a variety of wellness sessions, and movement.

Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga

with Diana Racek

Kick off your blissful day with a vinyasa yoga class! Slow progressive sequences will help you synchronize breath with movement and clear the mind.

10:45 - 11:15am

Garden Meditation

with Anique Pegeron

Enjoy a guided group meditation in the Stone Chalet gardens.

Nourish your body with a light, healthy brunch during our Wellness Chat sessions.

Intro to Movement

with Sylvie Kademian

This session will both challenge and delight! We’ll work individually and with partners to explore different forms of movement and play.

2:30-3pm

Yin & Sound Bath

Wrap up your day of bliss with a series of restorative yin yoga postures alongside the calming and therapeutic vibrations of crystal sound bowls. An experience that will stretch your body and mind.
